As i sit here in St. Croix looking out onto the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows AND the sheets of rain and lightning with my friends I am reminded of the importance of taking time for yourself no matter what. We are all sad there is no sun to top off our tans and we all smell like salt water, suntan lotion and dirty feet, but we are happy! Even in the rain take a breath, stop to smell the leftovers rotting in the fridge and relax. OR maybe it's a good day to go to the Casino!
